This FP&A Analyst role forms part of the Group Finance function and plays a key role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis across a complex, multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business units
- Consolidate financial data and perform variance analysis against budgets and forecasts
- Prepare and enhance monthly management reporting packs and financial models
- Analyze financial performance and provide insight into trends and key drivers
- Work extensively with large and complex datasets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity
- Improve and automate reporting processes using advanced Excel tools (Macros/VBA, Power Query)
- Support financial system implementation, including data mapping, testing, and validation
- Assist with financial modelling, scenario analysis, and business case development
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to drive data-driven decision-making
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Qualified CA(SA)
- 1–3 years’ post-articles experience in FP&A, management accounting, or financial analysis
- Strong data experience (this is non-negotiable, you should be comfortable working with large datasets and transforming them into insight)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data models and yes, we will ask about them)
- Experience with automation tools (Macros/VBA, Power Query)
- Exposure to financial modelling and reporting
- High attention to detail and strong analytical ability
- Big 4 Articles with 1st time board exam passes.
Advantageous:- Power BI or other reporting/BI tools
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Experience in system implementations or multi-entity environments
