Job Summary
This is a strategic, project-driven role where finance plays a critical part in delivering large-scale infrastructure initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and full compliance
- Drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
- Oversee tax, IFRS and statutory compliance requirements
- Manage internal and external audits, ensuring strong governance
- Oversee project accounting structures, including IFRIC 12 models
- Lead, mentor and develop the finance team
- Partner with senior leadership and executives on financial strategy
- Ensure strong financial controls and continuous process improvements
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- CA(SA) qualification (non-negotiable)
- Minimum 8+ years’ post-articles experience in a Financial Management role
- Proven experience in a multinational environment
- Strong project accounting experience (essential)
- Exposure to the renewable energy sector highly advantageous
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- SAP experience, including implementation exposure, beneficial
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and strategic thinking ability
