Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation, review and analysis of monthly financial statements and management reports
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis and variance reporting for operational sites
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, group policies, statutory requirements and audit processes
- Manage fixed assets, stock, inventory controls and cost‑related processes within mining operations
- CA(SA) – essential
- 3–5 years post‑articles experience within mining, heavy industry or manufacturing
- Strong IFRS knowledge and solid understanding of cost and operational accounting
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP / Oracle / Similar ERP advantageous
- Strong analytical ability, problem‑solving capability and ability to work under pressure
- Must be willing to be hands‑on and work closely with operational teams
