Job Summary
Oversee and manage the entire finance function
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions
Prepare and present monthly and annual financial statements
Implement and improve financial controls, systems, and processes
Provide strategic financial insights to senior management
Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
Skills & Experience:
Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams while driving performance and efficiency
Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
In-depth knowledge of IFRS, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements, with experience in audits and stakeholder engagement
Proficiency in financial systems and ERP software (Pastel or similar) and advanced Excel skills
Ability to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and decision-making
Qualification:
CA(SA) non-negotiable
