Ideal Experience:
- CA(SA) qualification
- Proven Board or Exco exposure
- Experience in fast-paced industries (FMCG, manufacturing, tech, logistics, retail or similar)
- Strong involvement in system implementations and finance transformation
- Exposure to ERP environments (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics or similar)
- Experience driving process improvements, automation and innovation
- Strong commercial partnering and strategic influence

- You enjoy shaping strategy, not just reporting numbers
- You’ve helped implement systems or modernise finance functions
- You are comfortable engaging with executives and Boards
