The Opportunity
This role is designed for a high‑potential individual who has demonstrated consistent academic excellence, strong commercial thinking, and the motivation to grow into senior leadership. You will work closely with executive leadership, gaining exposure well beyond technical accounting, within an innovative and forward‑thinking technology business.Key Responsibilities
- Full ownership of financial management and reporting within the IT business
- Preparation and analysis of management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
- Financial performance analysis, insights, and decision support for leadership
- Cash flow management, risk assessment, and internal controls
- Supporting strategic initiatives, growth projects, and process improvement
- Liaison with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Newly qualified CA(SA)
- Exceptional academic results (straight A’s / consistently strong grades)
- Proven high‑performance mindset and strong work ethic
- Strong analytical ability with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders
- Commercially minded with a keen interest in the IT / technology sector
- Ambitious, driven, and eager to fast‑track into leadership
Remuneration & Benefits
- R600,000 – R650,000 per annum, depending on experience
