Job Summary

You will play a central role in shaping strategy, driving performance and ensuring financial discipline across the group.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team
- Lead financial strategy across a diverse, multi-entity structure
- Oversee group reporting, consolidations, budgeting and forecasting
- Drive working capital optimisation and cash flow management
- Ensure strong governance, risk management and internal controls
- Oversee legal, tax and statutory compliance across all entities
- Lead M&A activity, including due diligence and post-deal integration
- Manage internal and external audit processes
- Build, lead and develop high-performing finance teams
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- CA(SA) qualification (essential)
- 10–12 years’ financial management experience
- Minimum 5+ years at executive level
- Proven experience within a services-driven environment
- Strong multi-entity and consolidations experience
- Demonstrated Board and executive stakeholder engagement
- Experience in M&A and strategic transactions
- Commercially astute, decisive and influential
