Minimum Requirements:
- CIA or CA(SA) qualification
- Minimum 3+ years of internal audit experience
- Strong understanding of audit methodologies and risk management
- Exposure to SOX 404, JSOX, and GAAP frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage internal audit engagements
- Assess and evaluate internal controls and risk management processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and governance frameworks
- Identify control weaknesses and recommend improvements
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management
- Collaborate with business units to enhance operational efficiency
- Support ongoing compliance with SOX and related frameworks
