- Schedule booking and request Goods Issued Note
- Confirm driver and truck details for collection
- Delivery time slot confirmation
- Identification of relevant batch selection
- Prepare sales order
- Confirm GI-Note agrees with original batch selection
- Prepare Chep Pallets Transfer Out
- Invoicing
- Raise invoice on Pastel and share with Digistics in advance confirming delivery
- Invoice
- Digistics PO
- GI Note
- Chep Transfer -OUT note
- Concession letters if required
- Invoice discounting
- Request proof of delivery with signed and stamped documents from Driver
- Complete Nedbank’s Schedule of Debt form and submit via email
- Stock Manufacturing on Pastel
- Checking of BOM
- Manufacturing
- Capture of over/under and waste quantities
- Monthly creditors reconciliations
- Month end TB recons
- Month end stock-take verification and investigations
- Management reports / Expense Tool
- VAT Submission and Payment
- Salary Inputs, Salary verification, Salary Payment Batch, Salary Journal Processing
- EMP201 Payment
- Co-Packing Recoveries
