Job Summary
Our Client, operating in the OE Automotive Industry, is seeking to employ a Finance Assistant to their team based in Centurion, Gauteng.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Financial Management.
- Finance, Accounting or Economics diploma.
- Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst.
- Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
- Proficient user of finance software.
- Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
- A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Need to be able to do supplier recons.
- Need to update FCST sheets with Actuals.
- Update variance report.
- Need to be able to pull financial reports on SAP.
- Need to do recon and follow upon MBR invoices and payments.
- Need to do orders under R 50 000.
- Need to do monthly stock take on promotional stock.
- Help compiling the Finance Review report.
- Assist in the budgeting process.
- Reconcile and approving all employee's national and international travel expense claims.
