Job Summary
A leading company in Maitland is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper with strong knowledge of Pastel Accounting to manage the full bookkeeping function up to trial balance. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, accuracy and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Non-negotiable Requirements:
- Financial qualification
- 3 - 5 years’ bookkeeping experience in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive experience with Pastel Accounting
- Immediately available
- Able to work irregular hours
- Own transport
Duties:
- Full bookkeeping to trial balance
- Processing and reconciling accounts
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Support the finance team with reporting requirements
