PBT Group is seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to support delivery teams by designing, implementing, and optimising CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. The successful candidate will operate in a hybrid cloud environment spanning Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions (planned migration), AWS, Kubernetes, and on-premise infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Support and contribute to the planned migration from Azure DevOps to GitHub Actions.
• Manage and optimise build, release, and deployment workflows across multiple environments.
• Implement infrastructure automation and deployment strategies for AWS, Kubernetes, and on-prem servers.
• Ensure DevOps best practices for security, monitoring, reliability, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot pipeline, deployment, and environment-related issues.
• Collaborate with engineering, platform, and infrastructure teams to improve delivery efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement of DevOps processes, tooling, and patterns.

Core Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
• Practical experience or exposure to GitHub Actions.
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles, patterns, and automation practices.
• Experience deploying and supporting workloads in AWS environments.
• Experience with Kubernetes (containerised deployments, orchestration, troubleshooting).
• Experience working with hybrid environments, including on-premise infrastructure.
• Scripting / automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, or similar).
• Ability to work independently in a contract-driven environment.
