Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and maintenance of robust financial models to support strategic planning and forecasting.
- Perform detailed budgeting and variance analysis, translating results into clear financial performance insights.
- Transform complex datasets into actionable business insights for executive-level reporting.
- Analyse large datasets using SQL and advanced Excel features to extract and manipulate data.
- Create dynamic visualizations and dashboards in Tableau (or similar BI tools) to effectively communicate data.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to assess business performance, monitor key metrics (like customer value and retention), and identify risks or growth opportunities.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data across all systems and support the continuous improvement of financial processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in financial analysis and modeling.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, variance analysis, and performance management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including complex formulas and macros).
- Proficiency in Tableau or similar BI/visualization platforms.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data manipulation.
- Excellent ability to translate financial data into business insights.
- Experience in the Fintech sector is an advantage.
