You will operate at both a strategic and operational level—working closely with leadership to influence decision-making while ensuring robust financial controls, reporting accuracy, and compliance across multiple entities.

• Deliver accurate and insightful monthly management accounts and consolidated reporting
  
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking
  
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements and scalable systems

• Ensure full tax and regulatory compliance (VAT, PAYE, income tax, etc.)
  
• Oversee payroll, supplier payments, and cash flow management
  
• Manage reconciliations across bank accounts, payment platforms, and intercompany transactions
  
• Strengthen financial controls, SOPs, and automation initiatives
  
• Support fundraising initiatives and broader business growth strategies

Requirements

Experience / Qualification

• Chartered Accountant (SA) highly preferred
  
• Completed articles
  
• 1–4+ years post-articles experience
  
• Exposure to multi-entity environments (advantageous)
  
• Experience in property, hospitality, or similar sectors (advantageous)
