Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Cluster Financial Manager to lead the finance function across multiple luxury hotels. This senior role is ideal for a proactive finance professional with multi-property experience in the hospitality sector, capable of delivering strategic financial leadership and operational excellence.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years’ financial management experience, preferably in hospitality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Leadership experience managing finance teams
- Proficiency in financial reporting systems and hotel management software
- Ability to work independently while aligning with corporate financial objectives
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the finance function across three hotels, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control strategies
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with compliance standards
- Monitor cash flow, capital expenditure, and financial risks
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax requirements, and company policies
Collaboration & Team Development
- Partner with General Managers and Heads of Department to support strategic decision-making and optimise profitability
- Lead and develop finance teams at each property, ensuring best practices across the cluster
- Mentor staff to strengthen skills, knowledge, and performance
