Role Overview
We are recruiting for a remote Appointment Setter to support an established Australian business networking organisation.
This role focuses on following up warm and previously engaged prospects, re-engaging interest, qualifying suitability, and booking appointments directly into the manager’s calendar.
This is not a cold lead generation role. You will work from warm lead lists, follow a structured script, manage follow-ups carefully, and maintain accurate CRM records.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contacting warm and previously engaged prospects by phone
- Re-engaging leads who have attended events, previously enquired, or shown interest
- Qualifying prospects before booking appointments
- Booking suitable appointments directly into the manager’s calendar
- Following provided scripts while keeping conversations natural and professional
- Handling objections confidently and respectfully
- Managing follow-up activity across calls, email, and text where required
- Maintaining accurate CRM notes, call outcomes, callbacks, and follow-up dates
- Working consistently toward call, contact, appointment, follow-up, and conversion targets
- Confirming appointment details to help reduce cancellations and no-shows
- Keeping the sales pipeline organised and up to date
- Providing clear reporting on activity and appointment outcomes
