What You'll Do:
Oversee financial accounting, cost management, budgeting, analysis, and tax planning for overseas factories
Support the Chief Financial Officer in supervising and standardizing daily business processes
Participate in reviewing major contracts and agreements to ensure sound financial governance
Contribute to annual business planning and provide strategic financial insights to foster growth
Lead and develop finance teams, promoting high performance and accountability
Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in financial management or a similar role
Strong analytical and financial analysis skills
Fluency in Mandarin and understanding of Chinese business culture will be an advantage.
Proficiency in financial systems and management tools
Leadership and management experience, with a focus on team development
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage costs effectively
