Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or Related. Knowledge of: Software design principles, Git source control; Jenkins and / or other CI Tools; Agile SDLC
Ability to: develop detailed project plans; coordinate the activities of outsourced Hogan technical services; work independently and make sound judgements; meet critical deadlines; must have strong scripting skills; problem solving skills; leadership and mentoring skills.

In this management role, provide specialist advice, guidance and support to the business and technology community to ensure appropriate development and implementation of an IT Risk Management program in accordance with the Banks governance and IT risk requirements. Also, oversee the implementation and monitoring of a risk management framework including policies, standards, and security architecture to ensure sound IT management practices.
Relevant Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science and / or IT Risk Management AND certification in a MIN of 3 Certifications essential – CRISC, CISA, CISSP, CISM, CIA, PECB (ISO) coupled with 3 – 5 years’ experience within IT, Risk, Auditing, governance, and compliance essential.
