Job Summary
Job Description:
Oversee all group financial operations and ensure effective cash flow management across development portfolios.
Lead funding and capital raising initiatives, including equity and debt processes, financial modelling, and investment memorandum preparation.
Act as the primary financial liaison with banks, investors, private equity, infrastructure funds, and development finance institutions.
Manage financial due diligence processes and support project finance structures, including SPVs and holding companies.
Drive stakeholder engagement, presenting financial updates at board level and aligning financial strategy with project development and construction teams.
Ensure compliance with lender reporting requirements and maintain strong relationships with auditors, legal and tax advisors.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in finance, ideally within project finance, investment, or corporate finance.
Proven experience supporting funding transactions and exposure to project-level financial modelling.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability.
Strong commercial acumen with a solutions-driven mindset.
Able to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a hands-on approach.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, particularly in investor-facing environments.
Qualification:
CA(SA) or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
Alternatively, a strong commercial finance background with relevant experience will be considered.
