Job Summary
Job Description:
As the Financial Controller, your duties include the following:
Manage the full bookkeeping and general accounting functions, including accurate financial processing, reconciliations, and the preparation of monthly reports
Apply strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support informed decision-making
Ensure adherence to sound financial principles and best practices across all financial activities
Oversee payroll processing and maintain full statutory compliance, including submissions and regulatory reporting
Utilise Xero, PaySpace, SARS eFilling for efficient processing, reporting, and compliance management
Prepare and maintain high-quality financial reports using advanced Excel skills and robust computer literacy
Leverage industry experience to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and operational insight
Skills & Experience:
5 years of hands-on experience within a commercial environment
Strong Financial Acumen
Skilled in creating advanced spreadsheets, dashboards, and detailed management reports
Capable of navigating a dynamic environment, especially within the property management industry
Qualification:
Completed Finance or Accounting Degree
SAIPA articles would be highly beneficial
