Job Summary
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Provide leadership, guidance, and subject matter expertise (SME) in operational and financial systems, including system implementation and adoption
Manage core finance activities such as accounts payable, reporting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, tax, compliance, reconciliations, and month‑end close
Deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision‑making
Coordinate external audits and uphold regulatory requirements
Strengthen financial integrity through robust controls and drive ongoing process improvements
Liaise with funders, regulators, and other external stakeholders
Assist with treasury funding initiatives and due diligence reviews
Track financial performance, identify opportunities for cost savings, and evaluate business risks
Foster a high‑performance culture by collaborating with operational teams, mentoring finance staff, and supporting senior leadership
Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the CFO
Skills & Experience:
SAICA articles
4 years in a management position
Experience in the FMCG space
Qualification:
Degree plus experience
CA(SA) advantageous
