Job Summary
This position involves:
Managing full bookkeeping and finance functions, including AP/AR, reconciliations, payroll, VAT, fixed assets, and audit support
Handling supplier and customer administration, including quotations, queries, order tracking, credit control, and age analyses
Coordinating operational logistics such as stock control, transport bookings, and related documentation
Providing comprehensive office and executive support, including board meeting coordination, director assistance, and record management
Performing general administrative and front‑office duties, including reception, correspondence, and ad‑hoc system‑based tasks
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience
Experience with Sage 300 (advantageous)
Qualification:
B Com Accounting (or similar)
