✅ Minimum Requirements:
- 2–5 years’ experience as a Financial Accountant or Bookkeeper
- Strong understanding of the full finance function
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, transport, or high-volume environments (highly advantageous)
- High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
? Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the full financial function
- Prepare, analyse, and review financial reports
- Manage general ledger accounts and perform reconciliations
- Process and review bank statements
- Oversee and manage creditors and debtors
- Support month-end and year-end processes
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
