Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the full finance function
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
- Prepare annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal financial controls
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial planning
- Oversee month-end and year-end reporting processes
- Liaise with auditors and external stakeholders
- Drive improvements in financial controls and reporting processes
- Monitor operational costs and business performance
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management
- Lead and develop finance team members
Job Experience and Skills Required
Education:- BCom Accounting, Finance, or related qualification
- Completed SAICA Articles advantageous
- AGA(SA), SAIPA, or similar professional registration advantageous
- Minimum 5 years' relevant finance experience
- Financial reporting and financial controls experience
- Budgeting and forecasting experience
- Audit exposure essential
- Team leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience within hospitality, tourism, agriculture, manufacturing, or operational environments advantageous
