Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Oversee the day-to-day operation, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Compliance & Governance

• Oversee CRM platforms, business systems, and operational technology.

Requirements

Qualifications

✅ Relevant qualification advantageous
✅ Proven leadership capability and operational experience will be highly valued

Experience

✅ Minimum 10 years' experience in a General Management or Senior Operational Leadership role
✅ Strong exposure to:
