This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership while gaining exposure across multiple business functions. The successful candidate will be hands-on, solutions-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-evolving environment with strong intercompany dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and analyse monthly management accounts
- Lead month-end close processes and ensure timely reporting
- Ensure full compliance with IFRS and internal policies
- Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations
- Monitor and manage cash flow and liquidity
- Build strong working relationships with auditors and support audit requirements
- Oversee debtors and creditors functions
- Maintain control of inventory and related financial processes
- Support operational cost management, including labour and overtime tracking
- Prepare annual budgets and forecasts
- Conduct margin and profitability analysis
- Manage and report on intergroup transactions
- Provide financial insights to the CFO and General Manager
Experience:
- BCom Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar, with Honours
- Minimum 2–3 years’ relevant experience in a finance role
- Exposure to intercompany structures highly advantageous
Skills:
- Strong grounding in financial reporting and compliance standards
- Excellent reconciliation and analytical capabilities
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- Willing to go above and beyond when required
- Supportive and nurturing, with the ability to mentor junior staff
