REQUIREMENT:
* RSA ID and legal residence essential
* Proven experience as a Financial Manager within hospitality
* Strong background in lodge or hotel operations
* Previous lodge management experience beneficial
* Solid financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and make operational decisions
* Excellent communication and attention to detail
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
* Manage cash flow, cost control, and financial planning
* Prepare and present financial reports to management
* Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
* Work closely with department heads to control costs and improve profitability
* Assist with operational management of the lodge when required
* Act as Relief General Manager during management absence
* Maintain accurate financial records and ensure audit readiness
