? Financial Accounting Supervisor | Forex & International Reporting Specialist

? Your Mission
As the Financial Accounting Supervisor, you’ll oversee the accounting function up to trial balance, manage forex and inter‑company activities, and support international and statutory reporting. You’ll play a key role in maintaining financial integrity across borders while guiding operational finance teams.? Key Responsibilities
Finance Operations & Supervision- Supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury
- Maintain general ledger integrity, including journals, reconciliations, and provisions
- Analyse monthly expenses, reviewing MTD and YTD trends
- Manage fixed asset register and GL reconciliations
- Handle foreign exchange transactions, revaluations, and currency updates
- Oversee inter‑company accounts, balances, and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with SARB regulations for cross‑border payments
- Prepare inputs for international financial reporting (HFM or similar tools advantageous)
- Prepare and submit VAT returns and EMP201
- Process payroll journals and third‑party statutory payments
- Support management accounts, tax schedules, and audit processes
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal finance policies
- Manage banking administration, electronic payments, credit cards, and petty cash (incl. forex)
- Oversee cash flow, bank reconciliations, and treasury processes
? Qualifications & Experience
✔ Matric and BCom Accounting✔ CA(SA) advantageous but not essential
✔ Minimum 3 years’ accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or similar
✔ Proven experience in multi‑currency and multinational environments
✔ Strong technical knowledge of:
- Forex accounting
- Inter‑company transactions
- VAT and statutory compliance
✔ ERP system experience (SAP, Syspro, Sage, or similar)
