Licencing and Invoicing Administrator to join their Finance team and play a critical role in ensuring accurate billing, licence administration, and high‑quality service delivery.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a structured yet fast‑moving environment, supporting key finance processes, maintaining customer and contract data, and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders. You will be trusted with high‑impact responsibilities that directly influence customer satisfaction and financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
- Process non‑stock sales invoices and credit notes accurately and within agreed deadlines
- Issue software licence codes in line with internal controls and customer contract terms
- Maintain accurate customer, contract, and licencing records across accounting and CRM systems
- Resolve invoicing and licencing queries within SLA turnaround times through professional stakeholder engagement
- Perform billing reconciliations and support month‑end reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and audit requirements
Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile
Education:- Matric (Grade 12) – essential
- Finance‑related qualification (NQF Level 6 or higher) – advantageous
Experience:- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in an invoicing, billing, or similar finance administration role
- Experience with contract and/or licencing administration will be highly beneficial
Technical Skills:- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Experience working on billing or accounting systems such as:
- Microsoft Business Central / Navision
- Sage 300 (Accpac)
- Exposure to CRM systems (e.g. Zoho or similar)
- Strong reconciliation skills and understanding of basic accounting principles

- Strong organisational and time‑management skills
- Sense of urgency with the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Customer‑focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
