A leading multinational organisation is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join its high-performing finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, partner with key business units, and play a critical role in shaping financial strategy across a complex and dynamic operation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering meaningful financial analysis, leading planning and forecasting cycles, developing financial models, and providing the commercial insights needed to support growth, profitability, and long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the business.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
• Monitor business performance and provide actionable insights to leadership teams.
• Deliver accurate and meaningful reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Commercial Finance & Business Partnering

• Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders across the organisation.
• Support business units through financial analysis, performance tracking, and strategic recommendations.
• Challenge assumptions and provide objective financial input on key business decisions.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted finance advisor.

Reporting & Performance Management

• Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Prepare executive-level reports and financial presentations.
• Support budget reviews and performance management initiatives.
• Provide commentary and recommendations to improve profitability and operational performance.

Strategic Support

• Evaluate business opportunities, investment proposals, and strategic initiatives.
• Support long-term planning and growth strategies through financial modelling and analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies, optimise costs, and enhance business performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the finance function.

Requirements

Qualifications

• BCom Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification.

Experience

• 5-7 years' relevant finance experience.
• Strong experience in:
  • Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Financial Modelling
  • Business Partnering
  • Management Reporting
  • Commercial Finance
• Manufacturing or FMCG industry experience will be highly advantageous.
