Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts
- Maintain the general ledger
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations
- Process journals and accounting entries
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Prepare financial reports
- Support audit requirements
- Perform variance analysis
- Monitor accounting controls
- Assist with process improvements
- Support management with ad hoc reporting
Job Experience and Skills Required
Qualification:
- BCom Accounting Degree
- SAIPA or AGA advantageous
- Completed articles required
Experience:
- 1 to 2 years post-article experience
- High-volume industry exposure advantageous
- Financial reporting experience
- Commercial accounting environment
Technical Skills:
- Financial accounting
- Management reporting
- Advanced Excel
- Power BI advantageous
- MS Business Central advantageous
- Navision advantageous
- Pastel advantageous
