Key Responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices and reconcile creditor accounts
- Capture and maintain accurate financial transactions and accounting records
- Process customer invoices and allocate incoming payments
- Assist with the management and administration of creditor and debtor accounts
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any variances identified
- Maintain petty cash records and ensure supporting documentation is accurate and complete
- Support month-end accounting and reporting activities
Minimum Requirements:
- Certificate, Diploma, or qualification in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, or a related field
- 1-3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
