✅ Minimum Requirements:
- BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management
- Knowledge or exposure to micro-lending or quick loans industry advantageous
- Understanding of NCR regulations and credit legislation preferred
- Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations
- Oversee the full management of the micro-lending business
- Ensure compliance with NCR regulations and relevant legislation
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal credit policies and procedures
- Manage financial performance, reporting, and budgeting processes
- Oversee loan book performance and risk management
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with stakeholders to support business growth and sustainability
