Job Summary
This is an opportunity for a well-rounded finance professional who is comfortable taking ownership of the full finance function while operating in a dynamic, operational environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full finance function
- Oversee monthly management accounts and financial reporting
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage cash flow, working capital and financial controls
- Oversee audits and liaise with external auditors
- Supervise and support the finance team
- Provide financial insights to support business decision-making
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and processes
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom Degree (minimum requirement)
- Minimum 7+ years’ finance experience
- Strong experience managing the full finance function
- Open to industry (pharmaceutical/retail exposure advantageous)
- Strong leadership and team management capability
- Solid understanding of financial reporting, controls and compliance
- Strong Excel skills and ERP system exposure
- High attention to detail with strong analytical ability
