A chance to make an immediate impact in a key finance function while further strengthening your creditors and reconciliation expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders to suppliers
- Process, verify, and match supplier invoices to POs and delivery notes
- Perform supplier reconciliations and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Ensure timely payment of creditors in accordance with agreed terms
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date creditor records
- Prepare weekly and monthly payment runs
- Assist with month-end processes, including accruals and reporting
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures
- Support audits by providing relevant documentation
Job Experience and Skills Required
Education:- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in Creditors Control or Accounts Payable
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Experience managing supplier accounts and reconciliations
- Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g. Paste)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
