Job Description:
Provide visible, inspirational financial leadership across the group, including operating entities and the holding company
Design, implement, and embed fit-for-purpose financial structures, policies, and procedures in a high-paced environment
Build, mentor, and lead a capable finance team, fostering accountability, confidence, and growth
Oversee group consolidations, ensuring accurate, timely, and meaningful financial reporting
Partner closely with Directors as a trusted commercial advisor, supporting strategic and creative decision-making
Establish robust budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management processes that support a dynamic business model
Manage intercompany relationships, funding structures, and financial alignment across entities
Strengthening governance, controls, and risk frameworks without slowing down the business
Drive continuous improvement, bringing calm, clarity, and momentum to a complex and evolving organisation
