Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage membership applications and deliver exceptional support to member enquiries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date member databases and registers
- Support invoicing processes and assist with effective debtor management
- Monitor and follow up on member tonnage declarations
- Capture, validate, and analyse critical tonnage data
- Prepare insightful management reports and financial information
- Assist the Financial Manager with monthly management accounts and reporting processes
- Compile interim and annual regulatory submissions
- Provide support during internal and external audit processes
- Assist with EPR fee collection, processing, and payment administration
- Matric
- BCom degree or equivalent qualification
- Finance and Accounting modules advantageous
- 2–5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience
- Solid reconciliation experience
- Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
