Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting activities and financial transactions
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Perform balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end reporting processes
- Prepare journals, accruals, and financial adjustments
- Analyse financial information and provide meaningful business insights
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Requirements
- BCom Accounting or equivalent qualification
- Completed SAIPA or AGA articles advantageous
- Completed articles with 1-2 years post-articles experience
- Experience within a high-volume environment highly preferred
- Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical abilities
