Job Summary
You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of financial reporting within a structured and fast-moving property management environment.Minimum Requirements:
- BCom Accounting or similar degree (required)
- 1–2 years of accounting experience
- Property accounting experience preferred
- Retail property industry exposure highly advantageous
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and reconciliation ability
- Confident, proactive, and able to perform under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting and General Ledger- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Maintain general ledger accuracy and perform reconciliations
- Prepare trial balances, income statements, and balance sheets
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Reconcile debtor, creditor, and loan accounts
- Process journals and daily financial transactions
- Prepare and submit VAT and statutory returns
- Assist with cash flow management
- Participate in audit processes and prepare supporting documentation

- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records and reporting
- Perform regular reconciliations across all key accounts
- Deliver timely and accurate monthly financial reporting
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and procedures
