Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present monthly management accounts
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
- Analyse financial reports and investigate variances
- Submit statutory returns (VAT, PAYE, etc.) within deadlines
- Monitor financial performance, including EBITDA and cost management
Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:
- B Com Degree in Finance or Accounting
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a finance role
- Strong exposure to financial reporting, compliance, and forecasting
- Experience within a multi-department or operational environment is advantageous
Skills:
- Advanced computer literacy and financial systems knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of BI tools and reporting dashboards
- Understanding of internal audit, risk management, and fraud prevention
- Strong grasp of ESG and sustainability practices
