A well‑established and rapidly growing trucking and logistics group is seeking a Financial Accountant to join their dynamic finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment where your financial expertise will directly support operational success and business growth.Minimum Requirements:
- Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles
- Minimum 2 years’ post‑article experience
- Strong understanding of the full finance function
- Experience in logistics, transport, manufacturing, or other high‑volume environments (highly advantageous)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a demanding environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the full financial function
- Preparation and review of financial reports
- Managing general ledger accounts and reconciliations
- Processing and reviewing bank statements
- Overseeing creditors and debtors
- Assisting with month‑end and year‑end processes
- Ensuring compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
