Job Summary
This role is ideal for a BCom-qualified professional with completed articles and at least three years post-articles experience who is looking to grow within a stable and performance-driven property finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Ensure IFRS, VAT and tax compliance.
Manage budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
Maintain general ledger, journals and reconciliations.
Support audits and year-end reporting.
Qualifications & Experience:
BCom degree in Accounting or Finance is essential.
Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles.
Minimum three years post-articles experience as a Financial Accountant.
Property industry experience advantageous.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, VAT and financial reporting.
