? Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage financial operations across multiple sites ?
- Drive CAPEX planning, forecasting, and reporting ?
- Oversee VAT, tax, and Forex transactions with precision ?
- Engage directly with operational teams to improve financial performance ?
? Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Education: BCom minimum; Postgrad or Honours highly beneficial ?
- Experience: 5+ years in finance, with strong exposure to operations, preferably in construction, engineering, or heavy industry ?️
- Skills:
- Strong SA tax and VAT knowledge ?
- Forex and CAPEX management ?
- Advanced Excel and ERP systems ?
- Confident communicator with a strong personality and leadership presence ?️
- Other: Willingness to travel occasionally; hybrid work setup ??
