Requirements
ERP implementation experience
Minimum 8–10 years’ project management experience, including at least 3–5 years leading ERP implementations and at least one end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance/Operations) implementation (or comparable D365 ERP rollout) through go-live and hypercare.
Delivery methodology
Proven delivery using structured implementation methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Success by Design / Sure Step, Agile/Hybrid, Waterfall) with strong governance, stage gates, and quality assurance.
Education & certifications
Relevant degree/diploma in IT, Commerce, Engineering or related. Project Management certification (PMP/PRINCE2) required. Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform certifications are advantageous.
Functional & technical understanding
Strong understanding of ERP business processes (Finance, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report) and delivery components (data migration, integrations, environments, testing, cutover).
Tools & reporting
Proficient with MS Project (or equivalent), Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint; strong RAID, action, and change control management; executive-level reporting and communication.
Stakeholder leadership
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage senior stakeholders, facilitate workshops, drive decisions, and resolve conflicts in complex delivery environments.
