You’ll work closely with senior finance leadership, gain exposure to strategic financial operations, and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the business’s financial function.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Assisting with monthly management accounts and financial reporting
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Monitoring cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and company policies
- Assisting with audits and statutory reporting
- Supervising finance staff and providing support where needed
- Overseeing the Fleet and Stores department while supporting the Finance Supervisor
- Analysing financial data and preparing insightful management reports
- Supporting payroll processes and strengthening financial controls
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and cost-saving initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in a finance or accounting role
- Previous supervisory experience advantageous
- Experience within the security industry beneficial
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication abilities
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail with a strong sense of integrity and professionalism
