✅ Minimum Requirements:
- BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2–5 years’ experience as a Financial Accountant or Bookkeeper
- Solid understanding of the full finance function
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Take full ownership and accountability of the financial function
- Prepare, analyse, and review financial reports and statements
- Maintain general ledger accounts and perform reconciliations
- Process and review bank transactions and statements
- Effectively manage creditors and debtors
- Process journals, accruals, and financial adjustments
- Assist with month-end and year-end reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
