Minimum Requirements:
- BCom degree in Accounting
- SAIPA / SAICA articles completed or in progress, or CIMA qualification/working towards
- Articles with 1–2 years post-article experience or 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial records and reports
- Maintain general ledger accounts and perform reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end processes
- Process journals, accruals, and adjustments
- Support financial controls and compliance with policies
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Work closely with the finance team to improve efficiencies
