Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete regional finance function across multiple manufacturing and dealership sites
- Oversee and guide Finance Managers across the region
- Drive strong financial performance, governance frameworks, compliance, and risk management
- Deliver accurate, timeous reporting and meaningful commercial insights
- Partner closely with the Regional Executive team to enhance operational efficiency and profitability
- Act as a trusted financial advisor to senior leadership teams
- Ensure adherence to OEM standards, controls, and reporting structures
Requirements
✔ Proven senior finance leadership experience✔ Automotive or OEM/manufacturing industry experience is essential
✔ Strong background in multi‑site or regional finance operations
✔ Commercially minded, strategic thinker, and influential leader
✔ Ability to partner with operational and executive stakeholders
✔ Must already be based in Bloemfontein or willing to relocate within 1–2 months
