Compilation of monthly management accounts: • Bank reconciliations • Raising and allocation of sales invoices • Raising and allocation of purchase invoices • Debtors function • Creditors function • Review of income statement and balance sheet balances • Biannual provisional tax calculations based on profit/loss
Monthly payroll: • Payroll calculations • Population of pay slips on payroll software • Creation of monthly payment runs
Monthly calculation of employee tax
Monthly/Bi monthly VAT calculations: • VAT calculations for recon purposes
Annual financial statements: • Preparation of trial balances • Preparation of supporting documents for trial balance verification • Financial statement compilation
Annual income tax: • Personal income tax calculations • Corporate income tax calculations
Technical skills: • MS Office - strong excel skills • Strong analytical skills • Ability to work on multiple software packages • Ability to problem solve
