Matriculation together with relevant tertiary diploma.
At least 4 years of working experience.
MS Office together with Omni /Pastel knowledge and ability to learn new skills.
Bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
Driver’s licence with reliable vehicle.
Reconciling and capturing all Cashbooks
Assisting with 3 different companies
Weekly wages and monthly salaries
Capturing UIF on Labour website
Reconciling all expenses and credit card slips
Reconciling loan accounts and insurance claims
Weekly and monthly budget
EMP201 Reconcile and submit to SARS.
EMP501 Reconcile and submit to Auditors.
Debtors Age Analysis
Creditors Age Analysis
Full HR Functions – Assisting with Hearings and CCMA Cases
Workers Compensation, reconciling and submitting on a yearly basis.
Responsible for Injury on Duty, capturing on U-filing, dealing with Doctors, and submitting reports.
Reconciling Staff loans and leave
Prepping for Auditors on all companies
Working with Auditors on a constant basis
Submitting all companies to Auditors for yearly audit
PA duties for Director
Administration duties as required.
